如何要求客人點竄信譽狀及接管瑕疵

本月我有一批貨出到義大利，是以信譽狀付款的，在上週押匯。成果今天開狀銀行通知信譽狀有瑕疪，因為 B/L 海運提單將卸貨港寫為 MILAN ( 米蘭 )。對方銀行回覆 MILAN 不是一個口岸，是以判定文件有瑕疪。台灣的押匯銀行建議我們請客人接受瑕疪，因為即便從頭供給文件，對方銀行也未必會接管，文件寄來寄去也是費用，不如就付瑕疵費翻譯我想請問：華頓翻譯公司該如何寫信跟客戶說，請他接管此瑕疪呢？

哈哈 ! 今天 AYA 也恰好碰到類似的狀態，客人的信譽狀上面 Loading Port ( 裝貨港 ) 那一欄只寫 Taiwan，我請他改為 Any Taiwan Port，客人辯駁說，寫 Taiwan 就代表整個台灣了，所以不用點竄。AYA 跟他強調 ：Taiwan is a country, not a port, please be sure to amend it翻譯社 we insist. 然後把讀者所述的米蘭案例提出來，重申一下這個有例可循，不改可是會被銀行抓瑕疵的喔 !
其實銀行抓瑕疵是屢見不鮮，重要的是客人是否是要這批貨？還有要觀察比來市場代價是否有嚴重波動 ( 例如巨幅降價 )，這時比力輕易發生毀單事宜。
如果客人要這批貨的話，那麼即便文件有瑕疵，客人也不會拒付的，因為我們怕的是客人不要貨，有意找麻煩，否則頂多只是損失瑕疵費和押匯利錢而已，影響不大。

確實很多客人都說他們會接管瑕疵，毫不會拒付，而規避去修改信譽狀。但是文件如有瑕疵，除被扣瑕疵費之外，買方也會因而遲延付款贖單的刻日，而使賣方損失押匯的利息，所以無妨試著從這兩個訴求去跟客人爭取看看翻譯
